Confectionery Company Hirsch was founded in 1969. From the beginning
the company was run by the Chief Executive Officer Egon Hirsch.
His foresight and good business acumen was vital for the success
of the company. The company has grown from a small family business
to a mid-sized enterprise. After the death of Egon Hirsch in the
year 2000 his two sons Carsten and Olaf Hirsch took over the running
of the company. Both had worked for many years as directors and
continue to run the company following the traditions of their father.
A
major factor in the growth of Hirsch Confectionery has been
the company´s ability to anticipate new marktet trends and
to rapidly incorporate market developments into new products. The
number one priority however, has been and always will be to maintain
the highest standards of quality. The commitment to quality begins
with the selection of raw materials; continual controls ensure the
highest standards(International Food Standard).
The
use of the most modern machinery in all sections of production and
packing guarantees the best productivity. This is assured by the
constant production process controls. Regular analysis of the products
completes the quality process.
In

well above average. Hirsch products can be bought in more than 56
countries.
In
addition to products marketed under Hirsch brand the company
is very active in supplying Partner companies worldwide with products
that they can sell under there own label. This "own brand"
activity encompasses the entire product range.
